What is the estimate based on?

The model only counts measurable items, with deliberately conservative assumptions:

  • 30% of the HR and manager time spent on recurring questions can be recovered.
  • Turnover drops by a relative 5%, and only 15% of the computed turnover and referral benefit is attributed to CHEQ.
  • Replacing a leaver costs roughly 2.2 months of full employer cost (recruiting, onboarding, admin).
  • 25% of hires come through internal referrals, which is cheaper than external recruiting.
  • A digitally handled HR case saves an average of 15 minutes of working time.
  • The payback period is at least 3 months — the time rollout and benefit ramp-up take.
  • Engagement-based productivity effects are deliberately excluded from the estimate.
