Returning to Work

Support the return and reintegration of colleagues on inactive status (e.g. maternity leave, extended sick leave), as well as their administrative processes, with a menu button dedicated to this purpose. 

Through this menu item, we help returning colleagues take care of their administrative tasks and submit certificates and forms. They can also indicate when they would like to start working again, or whether they would prefer shorter shifts. And when it comes to the actual return, employees can easily signal their intention to the colleague in charge.

Why is it good for the company?

• The company offers security even during the employee's absence and keeps them engaged, so they are less likely to look for another job in the meantime. 
• It makes things easier for HR and management, as they know exactly when and under what conditions they can count on the colleague again, so they can also plan better for the future.
• The employer can also communicate news of public interest to employees on long-term leave.
