Support the return and reintegration of colleagues on inactive status (e.g. maternity leave, extended sick leave), as well as their administrative processes, with a menu button dedicated to this purpose.
Through this menu item, we help returning colleagues take care of their administrative tasks and submit certificates and forms. They can also indicate when they would like to start working again, or whether they would prefer shorter shifts. And when it comes to the actual return, employees can easily signal their intention to the colleague in charge.
