CHEQ is a product of Talk-A-Bot, one of Central Europe's leading chatbot companies. We build the employee experience platform for the 80% of the workforce that doesn't sit at a desk — so every colleague gets information, answers and a voice.
Talk-A-Bot started in Budapest in 2016 and within a few years became one of Central Europe's leading chatbot and messaging-technology companies. While building enterprise customer-service solutions, we kept running into the same problem: companies find their own employees hardest to reach — precisely the ones who don't sit at desks.
That's how CHEQ was born: a platform that connects colleagues on the production line, in the warehouse, in the store and on the road into the company's bloodstream — over the channels they already use. No forced new app, no email requirement, no training project. Instead: delivered messages, feedback, and measurable results.
Today CHEQ reaches tens of thousands of workers every day, from manufacturing through logistics to retail, in Hungary and across the region. Development happens in Budapest, and the product direction is driven by hands-on experience gathered on our customers' shop floors and store floors.
We believe every employee deserves information, answers and a voice — regardless of where they work. Our goal is for blue-collar teams to get the same quality of employee experience as office staff: knowing about decisions on time, handling their affairs simply, and speaking up safely.
