Reaching Employees on Extended Leave
Stay in touch with your company's colleagues on inactive status too (e.g. new mothers, employees on extended leave, etc.) and keep them informed about the things that matter to them.
What's more, you can automate all of this!
You don't have to send each message one by one to every colleague on inactive status. There's a much simpler and easier way. All you have to do is tag the currently inactive but still employed colleagues in the CHEQ user list (e.g. ‘passive’). After that, you can share only the content that's relevant to them with your ‘passive’ employees.
Why is it good for the company?
Your relationship with colleagues on inactive status doesn't grow cold either. They stay in the company's bloodstream and hear about every important piece of information that's relevant to them. This helps make it easier for them to settle back in when they return to active status.
You also get the chance to notify colleagues about tasks to complete during their absence (e.g. submitting declarations). In addition, you can give employees on inactive status access to the checklist of things to do around their return.
Why is it good for the employee?
Even during a long absence, they can easily ask their questions without having to hunt down who currently owns a given area/process/administrative task.
On the CHEQ interface, they can see their to-dos for the year and signal their intention to return. They can also learn about the return process and its steps, and stay continuously informed about important changes that happen during their absence.
