Prize Games and Giveaways
Boost employee activity by involving them in simple prize games from time to time. The goal of the games can be getting to know CHEQ or your own products better, but you can also tie them to holidays (e.g.: Easter, Christmas, etc.), international events (e.g.: World Cup, Olympics prediction game, etc.) and company anniversaries. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination. Just decide whether the goal of the game is entertaining education (e.g.: improving product knowledge) or entertaining community building (e.g.: cheering together). After that, it's easy to put together a game that fits the purpose.
We also recommend using it during the rollout project to increase sign-ups. In this case, you announce a prize game among colleagues who sign up within a given period. You could give each of the first X colleagues who sign up a small prize. Or you can choose a solution where you draw 3-5 people from those who signed up during the given period and reward them with a bigger prize.
