Outbound Communication Permissions
With the Outbound communication permissions feature, you can specify that a given administrator can only send messages to a given user group and only handle matters related to that group. This way, admin permissions can be extended to middle managers and case handlers without any risk, and without them gaining access to outbound messages intended for another group.
Why is it good for the company?
- It can control administrators' communication access.
- By involving middle management, HR and Communications can save resources, as managers can take over part of the communication and administration.
- Lower-level managers and administrators can also be involved, which supports their engagement as well.
Why is it good for employees?
- Administrators do not get lost in all the “noise”: they only communicate with the group that is truly relevant to them and only receive the information that matters to them.
