News Subscription Preferences
menu system
With this feature, colleagues can subscribe to the news topics they find interesting. It also lets them easily unsubscribe from news they no longer wish to hear about. For example, if a colleague does not usually take the company bus, they can simply indicate that they do not want to receive a message about every bus schedule change. If one day they do want to check the company bus schedule, they can view it in CHEQ at any time under the designated menu button.
Why is it good for the company?
- Thanks to the improved user experience, colleagues become more committed to CHEQ and are happy to remain active users.
- Fewer complaints come in about the content that is sent out.
- Admins do not need to review the members of the given target group, reducing the time spent sending announcements.
Why is it good for employees?
- They do not feel overwhelmed by messages that do not concern them.
- They can decide for themselves what they want to be informed about and what they do not.
- They feel they are using a personalized platform.
- They feel involved in the process, which also makes them more engaged.
