We're often unsure what others — our colleagues, for example — think about a given topic. You may be considering expanding your benefits package, but you only have hunches about what most people would truly appreciate. Or it would simply be good to know how people are feeling, since that's where retention begins. And wouldn't it be good to know what kind of family day they'd like, or how they liked last year's?
With the Opinion Surveys feature you can get answers to all of this. What's more, you can assess training needs, and you can also gather opinions and feedback about working conditions, collaboration and new initiatives. Depending on how sensitive the topic is, you can run the survey with names or anonymously.
