Email Notifications

By setting up Email notifications, you can inform CHEQ administrators, as well as affected colleagues without admin permissions, about incoming requests, also known as flows.

Notifications can be filtered along 2 dimensions:

  • the topic of the flow
  • the submitter's user groups

In the CHEQ interface, you can set which email address receives notifications for a given topic, and from which user group the notification should arrive.

For example: you can set it so that a given team leader only receives notifications about requests submitted by their own team.

The person whose email address is notified does not need access to the CHEQ admin interface. For example, in the case of outsourced payroll, when a request for an employer's certificate comes in, the case handler at the service company can also receive an email notification. The outsourced payroll company can then issue the certificate and send it to the company so it can be handed over to the requesting employee.

So if needed, several people can be notified about submitted flows at the same time.

Why is it good for the company?

  • Administrators learn about their incoming flows in time even when they are not logged into the CHEQ admin interface.
  • People without admin permissions can also be involved in the processes as case handlers.

Why is it good for employees?

  • Several case handlers can be notified at once, so employee requests are fulfilled faster and more efficiently.
  • It increases employee satisfaction.
