The digital version of the physical idea box. You can give employees the opportunity to share their ideas with their name or anonymously, whether it is a suggestion for improving a work process or an idea for developing CHEQ. The idea box can be divided into levels for any areas you define. Submitted ideas are then automatically forwarded by the system to the administrator responsible for the given area.

From time to time, it is worth communicating about the ideas in the form of an announcement. You can showcase the implemented ideas, explain the ones that were not implemented, and it is definitely recommended to thank colleagues for their suggestions. 

You can even attach an incentive scheme to the idea box. For example, you can reward the colleague whose idea proved genuinely useful for the company and was implemented.
