Greet your colleagues and celebrate their birthdays and name days together!

The CHEQ notifications feature lets you send automatic birthday or name day greetings to your colleagues. All you have to do is record the special dates in CHEQ and set up the automatic message sending.

The greeting can be a short video message or even a written message, which you can make even more personal by addressing the celebrated colleague by name. Don't worry — this doesn't mean you have to type every colleague's name into their message one by one. Use parameters when editing the text, and the system automatically inserts the right name into each colleague's message.

Why is it good for the company?

  1. At companies where greeting employees on special days is already a tradition, Notifications helps automate it.
  2. Recognition is a basic human need, and fulfilling it strengthens employees' commitment to the company. Setting up automatic greetings ensures that every colleague receives a greeting on their birthday and name day, filling them with good feelings and a sense of appreciation.
  3. It's a kind gesture towards employees that contributes to building and maintaining a pleasant company culture.
  4. It saves administrators a huge amount of time, especially at larger companies where handling birthday and name day greetings manually would be nearly impossible.

Why is it good for employees?

Everyone appreciates being seen not just as workforce, but as a person too. The easiest way to express this is to recognize employees as individuals and greet them on their birthdays and name days. We can make it even more special by addressing them by name. This makes the message more personal, and colleagues feel valued and part of the community.

Moreover, if the greeting also gives access to some kind of gift (as a form of benefit), employees learn about the opportunity more easily and are more likely to take advantage of it.
