Automatic Translation

If you have foreign colleagues who don't speak Hungarian, it's worth setting up your CHEQ interface as multilingual. This allows you to automatically translate the text content of your outbound communication into the other languages. You only need to write the message in Hungarian (a single language). CHEQ translates it into all the others!

Why is it good for the company?

Thanks to the built-in automatic translation, anyone with the right permissions can handle company communication. No more waiting for interpreters or for the colleagues who speak each employee's native language. This dramatically speeds up the flow of information — translation happens within seconds. You don't have to leave the CHEQ admin interface, and there's no need for any external tool either. What's more, everyone receives the automatically translated content in the language they use CHEQ in. Writing company messages becomes far more efficient than before, and interpreters can comfortably focus on more complex tasks.

Why is it good for the employee?

  1. They receive company communication in their own language, or in the language they speak best, even if the sender doesn't speak it.
  2. They're informed about everything on time. They don't have to wait for someone to translate the messages for them, so they never feel left out of anything because of language barriers.
  3. They feel like a valued member of the work community, because the company makes sure they too hear the company news, take advantage of the opportunities on offer, and give feedback.
  4. It reduces potential problems arising from misunderstandings.
