Chat Permissions

By configuring Admin permissions, you can also control which matters individual administrators can discuss with colleagues in chat. It can happen that an employee is looking for an answer or starts a process within CHEQ (e.g. fault reporting) where live communication with a knowledgeable person is essential.

Why is it good for the company?

  • It saves time by directing chat conversations to the right admins, making administration more efficient.
  • Conversations are more transparent, as only authorized people can respond on certain topics.
  • It is also secure, as every admin can only access the live chat conversations they have permission for.
  • Chat conversations do not have to be answered immediately, so they do not interrupt administrators' daily routine. They reply when they have time for it.

Why is it good for employees?

  • They receive accurate information from the expert on the topic, so the chance of misinformation is lower.
  • Administration is faster and the answer arrives sooner, as their question or request goes straight to the right person.
  • It reduces frustration, as they know their request or question reaches the right person without having to track down who the expert is.
