We made the HRBEST award shortlist twice

For the third year now, HRBEST highlights and showcases the HR solutions that make companies more successful and the world of work more liveable and more human.

Ahead of the March award ceremony, the HRBEST 2021 shortlist was published in February. To our great delight, we appear on it twice with our clients (Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft, Orbico Hungary Kft).

The organisers briefly commented on the professional jury's work as follows:

Professional success is at its best when we can celebrate it together with our clients. That is why we are eagerly awaiting tomorrow's HRBEST award ceremony, where we can hold our breath alongside two of our clients for a result beyond the shortlist.

Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft, where two-thirds of the workforce are manual workers, previously reached its employees slowly and awkwardly through notice boards placed in the production units. Then they surveyed their employees' smartphone usage. As it turned out, the vast majority of employees were already active smartphone users. This opened the door to switching to CHEQ, the Viber-based chat application supporting corporate internal communication. Reaching employees thus became much simpler and more effective.

As one of the country's largest distribution companies with a headcount of over 200, Orbico Hungary kept in touch with its employees mainly by e-mail. Since warehouse staff and field representatives were very hard to reach this way, they made a change at the beginning of 2022 and switched to CHEQ, which can also be integrated into Microsoft Teams.
