From the very beginning, CHEQ's vision has been to bring the convenience and easy administration offered by digital HR to every blue-collar colleague. Most blue-collar workers do not have a company computer and email, so it was still only possible to communicate with them in an “analogue” and in-person way. A smartphone, however, is now tucked into almost everyone's pocket, so they become reachable through it.

For us, AI is not merely a buzzword; over the past few years we have learned how and for what artificial intelligence can be usefully applied. Today, CHEQ users too enjoy the convenience offered by the digital world without even noticing it, and alongside the smartphone in blue-collar workers' pockets, AI has appeared as well.

Let's look at a few examples of how CHEQ and the AI applied within it help the lives of blue-collar workers and HR:

CHEQ Surveys module

An AI-based survey, learning-material and test management system. With it, employee satisfaction surveys can be created quickly and cheaply. By machine-analysing the incoming free-text or predefined answers, the system measures the general mood in real time, thereby helping company management react immediately.

Automatic translation and communication delivery according to the user's language Hungarian companies too are increasingly employing foreign workers. The CHEQ communication-delivery module automatically translates the message into freely chosen languages, and a given user will receive them in the language they use, and will also access the entire menu system in that language.

Automatic notifications and reminders

The AI analyses the specified deadlines per employee (e.g. medical fitness, end of probationary period, birthday greetings) and, along these, schedules the reminder messages as needed, 30–10–5 days before the important event.

„Smart routing”

The CHEQ system recognises the content of the requests and reports coming from employees, routes them to the appropriate admin person or group, and organises them on a ticket-handling interface.

Digital signature authentication with AI supervision 

During digital signing, employees are taken from the CHEQ interface with a single button press to the interface that performs identification. Once the digital identity has been established, documents can be signed easily, instantly and authentically. It is a huge advantage that the signer's identity only has to be verified once; after that, the identified employee can sign an unlimited number of documents.

DocGPT - Automated AI responses in a closed, controlled environment

The generative AI chatbot answers questions based on the pre-uploaded documents (e.g. internal policies, training materials). DocGPT (CHEQ AI) answers the submitted questions automatically, in a predefined FAQ environment, thereby relieving managers, HR and customer service, and making information provision faster. Users can ask free-text questions, and the system answers automatically, based on the content of the uploaded documents. Since the answering is strictly limited to the given documents only, this chatbot will not give the questioner a “hallucinated” answer.
