The solution
We tied the CHEQ rollout to a positive event that moved everyone: the 2026 FIFA World Cup prediction game. Over the tournament's five weeks, colleagues tipped all 104 matches, picked a World Cup winner up front, and leaderboards sparked competition across shifts and sites. People got to know the app through play — by the time the first official announcement arrived, the channel was already alive.
