ANNA: YOUR PERSONAL CHAT BOT, WHO IS THERE TO INFORM YOU 24/7

Through the use of a chatbot called Anna, the management of Bosch can keep you up-to-date with short, to the point messages. Send you short questionaries and on top of all you can access the necessary information (FAQ) and documents.

The Viber interface is very easy to use. The messages sent by the chatbot will also help you, and inform you of the companies everyday life. In each case, read the message and press one of the buttons or icons on the screen accordingly, or write a message in the text box. If you can't find the buttons, you can call them up at any time with the purple button next to the text box.

1. DOWNLOAD VIBER TO YOUR PHONE!

You can find Viber in the App Store or in Google Play. Conserning the registration to Viber you only need your phone number. It's free, super easy and fast!On the pictures below we will show you how to download the app in case you do not have it on your mobile yet.

Also, if you prefer using the application of Bosch, you can use the Szia Bosch! App.


Choose the buttons below:

If you have an Android phone:

1. Open Google Play on your mobile

2. Type into the search bar: ‘Viber’ or ‘Szia Bosch!’. Click on the first result. The search bar in Google Play is on the top of the screen.

3. The Viber logo comes up (purple application) and next to it, an INSTALL button appears. If you click on it your mobile downloads the application automatically.

4. Once it’s downloaded, please open the application on your phone and follow the steps in the second section!

If you have an iPhone:

1. Open the App Store on your mobile.

2. Type into the search bar: ‘Viber’ or ‘Szia Bosch!’. Click on the first result. első találatra kattints.  The search bar opens on the top of the screen by clicking the magnifying glass icon.

3. The Viber logo comes up (purple application) and next to it, an INSTALL button appears. If you click on it your mobile downloads the application automatically.

4. Once it’s downloaded, please open the application on your phone and follow the steps in the second section!

LOG IN TO VIBER

1. After downloading the app, open it on your phone.
2. The app will request your phone number. Please provide it!
3. After entering your phone number, the app needs confirmation.
4. You will recieve an sms to your mobile. In the sms they will send you a code, that you need to enter in oder to confirm the registration. In a lot of cases the phone recognizes the code, and enters it automatically. If not, please do it manually. 

LOG IN TO Szia Bosch!

1. After downloading the app, open it on your phone.
2. On the app, you’ll se a message button (little green messages). Please click on this. 
3. After clicking on it, Anna will greet you, with a short message. Please click on the ‘belépés munkavállalóként ‘  button. 
4. After accept the privacy policy!
5.  Log In: please provide your SAP number and your tax numbers last 4 digits. 

2. YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY DOWNLOADED VIBER!
CHOOSE FROM THE FOLLOWING BUTTONS:

I recommend that you read step 3 before clicking on the button. Please click on one of the buttons on the right, depending on whether the website is opened from your desktop (laptop) or mobile phone!

IF YOU ARE FROM YOUR DESKTOP:


When you enter Viber, click on the 3 dots in the lower right corner of the screen to display the platform shown on the right. Inside, in the upper right corner (part circled in red) is a small QR code sign. Clicking on this will display the QR code scanner on your phone, with which your phone will open the conversation with Anna (which you need)!

WHAT IS A QR CODE?

A two-dimensional barcode that you can see in the image below. This allows you to quickly and easily open a conversation with Anna within VIber.

3. ENTER THE CONVERSATION!

If you have successfully downloaded Viber and entered the application using the QR code, the conversation with Anna will appear.

1. Accept the Privacy Policy by clicking the I Agree text box. Then please click on the MENU button.
2. After selecting the MENU button, 3 more buttons will appear. Please select the 'Login' (belépés) button.
3. A small button will appear inside the chat. Please click on it and log in!
4. To register, you will need the following data: your SAP code and the last 4 digits of your tax number!

4. SUCCESSFUL LOG IN!

After a successful login, pressing the MENU button will list all the possible steps for you in the robot. You can also access the additional steps by clicking on the purple button, next to the text button.

FUNCTIONS OF THE CHATBOT, ANNA

You can find all the announcements here that the Bosch Management sent you. If you cannot find the information you are looking for and it’s not displayed in the FAQ either, you can send your question in the IDEA BOX menu option.

Here you will find all discounts in the following categories: Trade, Sports, Accommodation, Beauty, Service, Entertainment, Hospitality.

Here you will find the canteens Ala Cart menu, Menu, Breakfast menu and Dinner menu.

You’ll find the updated schedule of the bus here. 

In the FAQ you will be able to access all the aswers to the most freequently asked questions. Before reaching out to the colleaugues, make sure you check this menu point. 

By clicking on this menu item you can ask your questions and submit your new ideas. Your questions or ideas will appear anonymously to Bosch management. 

In the Documents menu, you can download the most important documents conationing the needed information, such as. the safety policy. 

In this menupoint you can unsubscribe from the chatbot.
