  • Automatically accessible questions and answers that are categorized on multiple levels in the menu structure
  • General information accessible from the Menu
  • Sending relevant answers based on typed-in keywords or even sentences

4. QUICK SURVEY, SATISFACTION MEASUREMENT

  • Manually compilable and broadcastable surveys for all users
  • Access for smaller user groups as well
  • Text or “1…5” possible answers (numbers)
  • Scheduled broadcast for the individual users
    Results can be analysed on the CHEQ admin interface

5. EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATION

  • Reaching the colleague concerned with the topic (HR, payroll, IT etc.) through the chatbot
  • The system automatically sends a notification to client employee about the questions that need to be answered
  • Answers can be sent from the CHEQ interface
  • Client’s involved colleague can access and read through all of the employee-bot conversations
  • Disabling users from handling the bot – until reenabling, the user can only communicate with the colleague, the bot doesn’t get involved in the communication.
  • Talk-A-Bot makes suggestions about what should be taught based on chat-history

6. MICROSOFT TEAMS INTEGRATION

  • Accessing CHEQ admin interface in Microsoft Teams
  • Sending notifications to admin users regarding on employee activity

7. CONSULTATION ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION

  • Assessing business needs and internal workshop facilitating
  • Teaching the final users that are chosen based on the results of the workshop
  • Specifying the structure of the chatbot based on the results of the workshop, in cooperation with client’s experts

8. CREATING BOT PERSONALITY

  • Constructing 3 conceptional chatbot personalities, elaborating 1 chatbot personality in detail
  • Avatar art in vector graphic format
  • Creative writing for all of the bot’s messages according to client’s guidelines
  • Graphic design of menu structure and decision trees
  • Creating an educational video: client’s chatbot personality + chat animation around 30 seconds (the prices for creating a video were calculated without the exact knowledge of the creative content, and not including additional requests)

9. BUILDING THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE BASE OF THE BOT

  • Rewording the question-answer list into a “digestible” and in-character language
  • Message formatting, scheduling according to the user’s reading speed
  • If necessary, creating visual representations, infographics based on the basic question-answer list
  • In cases of more complicated processes, creating an attachment in .pdf format, so that the user does not have to exit the chat window in order to access all the information (for example in the case of describing a 5-10 step process)
